THE HYPERCAR

Bruce Meland took this photo of the Hypercar mule (auto designer slang for prototype mock-up without drive train or engine) in Sacramento. They were there in a big way. ETIC 2001 was the national premiere of their show car concept vehicle. Designed to be production feasible in 2006. Seats 5 adults. 99 mpg equivalent. 330 mi range. 0-62 in 8.3 secs. 69 ft 3 cargo volume. All wheel drive. Digital vehicle stability and traction control. Brake and steering by wire systems.
