1. Are you interested in purchasing an EV or HEV and want to keep informed on where you can get information on converting your car to electric? YES NO

2. Are you concerned about the deterioration of the air quality, global warming, and gridlock? (too damn many internal combustion vehicles spewing noxious fumes at you while stalled in gridlock, and you doing the same to the vehicle behind you?)

4. Are you interested in saving money? The cost of gas is about $.07/mi while EV's cost about $.03/mi? YES NO

5. The idea of EV's and HEV's and fuel cell vehicles (FEV's) sounds nice and environmentally friendly. I believe that's about it as far as my involvement is concerned. YES NO

6. I would consider being a leader in the community setting an example by purchasing an EV or HEV. Or converting my car to electric, or purchasing a vapor carburetor which will give me 100 mpg and near zero emissions. I would not wait until higher gas prices or environmental disasters force me to consider alternative fuel technology. YES NO

7. What additional type of information would you like to see on our website or magazine?

8. I will not change my driving habits or try mass transit until some national emergency such as war or oil embargo lead to significantly higher gas prices ($2.00-2.50/gal). YES NO

9. I believe EV's are only practical for commuter vehicles at present and I cannot afford to purchase an EV or HEV just for commuting. YES NO
